Frederick W. Armstrong III

Fred is a consultant to head coaches, general managers, and owners in all sports for our team since 1999. Fred received a coaching internship from Giants Head Coach Tom Coughlin in 2006 where he was the assistant running back coach under Gerald Ingram. At summer camp 2015 NY Jets Head Coach Todd Bowles had Fred working with the WR/TE position under the direction of Chan Gaily Jets offensive coordinator. He has been an assistant coach for Lehigh University and Framingham State college football teams. Fred has been a Head Coach for 22 years starting in Sweden, Austria, Germany, and Czech Republic National Teams. From 2011 -16 he was a business teacher /Head Coach at Bonneville HS and currently the WR/TE coach at Waldorf University. Fred was a running back at Towson State University where he majored in Sports Management and Mass Media Communications, he is a graduate of The Broadcasting Institute of Maryland.( BIM)

Leah Lagos

Leah specializes in providing counseling, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and assessment services. She has appeared in several print and broadcast media including Fox News, Sports Illustrated, ESPN, and Univision. Her weekly radio segment on the Psychology of Sports airs every Wednesday at 3:45 PM on www.WTMY.com.

Dr. Lagos was a member of the University of Florida Crew Team where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in psychology. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D). from Rutgers University.

Lisa Lewis

Lisa has worked with collegiate and professional athletes on both mental health and performance enhancement issues, and she has 3 years of experience in the assessment of elite athletes. Lisa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Addictions Counselor (CADC-II) who completed her doctoral degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology at Boston University.

Lisa was an all-conference volleyball player in college, and has been inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Sheryl F. Packman

Since 2001, Sheryl has provided research, evaluation, and psychometric consulting services to a variety of companies in the educational and sports fields. Her expertise is in assessment design for summative, formative, and psychological purposes, evidence-centered assessment design, item analysis, designing and conducting research studies, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, authoring research reports and presentations, survey development, grant writing, program evaluation, project management, vendor management, and risk assessment and reporting for professional sports drafting. Before becoming a full-time consultant in 2011, Sheryl worked at the College Board for six years where she contributed to the AP®, SAT®, PSAT/NMSQT®, CLEP®, and ACCUPLACER® testing programs as well as a variety of special projects, including the development of new assessments. Sheryl received her doctorate in educational psychology and her masters in counseling psychology from Fordham University. She is n ctive member of the American Educational Research Association, the National Council for Measurement in Education and the American Evaluation Association.

Maria Perkkio

Maria is an organizational consultant with a specialty in executive coaching and individual coaching with an emphasis on personal growth and development. Maria has received degrees from the Academedia Masters, Stockholm Sweden, International Coaching Academy, Australia. She is trained as a Mindfulness Instructor, in Mindfulness Based Stress reduction (MSBR), as an Osho Therapist.

Eric Simmons

Eric Simmons is an organizational sports consultant with over 20 years of experience in the assessment and development of elite and professional athletes. His area of expertise is in organizational development with professional sports organizations. He is recognized for his level of expertise in executive coaching, conflict management, and team building.

Eric played college football at Towson University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology. He continued his professional football career in Europe and obtained Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.

Mark Weiner

Mark provides development counseling, assessments, and optimal performance consulting. He has written over 600 interview assessment reports for the New York Giants and other NFL teams, and has worked with professional, college, and youth athletes in a range of sports.

Mark was a track athlete at Brandeis University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. He has a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from Rutgers University.
